Imo, there's a difference between surgically enhanced boobs and literal balloons that are just being worn. I prefer natural big ones over either one, but balloons/prosthetics are by far the worst way to fake them... that and morphing or photoshop, ugh.

These aren't even implants, its prosthetics. They're basically flesh coloured balloons that she wears. Her name is Cindy Fulsom, iirc. Broke my little heart to figure out she was fake after finding this video in my early internet days on Kazaa.
